Lock pigments in place and intensify color with Rude's Eyeshadow & Pigment Primer!
Weight: 5.2 mL / 0.17 fl oz
Directions: Apply primer onto desired area with fingertips and then apply eyeshadows / pigments on the same area with fingertips or a brush.
